As an Assistant Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food. Your responsibilities will include assisting the commis chef in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and supporting the cooking process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and chopping ingredients,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen,Support the cooking process by assisting in food preparation,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met,Assist in inventory management and food cost control,Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as an assistant chef or commis chef is preferred,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
