📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service to retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is enjoyable.,Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal product availability.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high levels of service and sales performance.,Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute promotional activities.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
