📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee the organization and maintenance of the store, including cleanliness and product display.,Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Collaborate with the store manager to ensure smooth store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience in inventory management and sales tracking.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
