As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the daily operations of the team.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain the performance of the vessel and equipment.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Report to management on the status of operations and any issues that arise.,Participate in training and development programs for the crew.,Ensure that all documentation and records are up-to-date and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with maritime laws and regulations.,Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with maritime software and equipment is a plus.
