📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade (MT) outlets in Bali.
• Promote and sell consumer goods products to retailers and ensure they meet customer needs.
• Visit retail outlets regularly to understand their business and sales needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with retail partners.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Participate in sales training and development programs.
• Report sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the consumer goods market and modern trade (MT) outlets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems and data analytics software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
