Camp Life Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Ciputat and from home, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and procedures.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
