🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
