📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and processes, working closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights into operational performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business functions.
• Participate in process improvements and quality initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our operations.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of operations management, including supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and vendor management.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to develop your leadership and management skills.
• Act as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and software such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Availability to work in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.
