📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
