📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.,Manage guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's facilities and services.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist in event planning and coordination for hotel events.,Monitor and manage the reception area's inventory and supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in reception or front desk roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.,Familiarity with customer service best practices.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
