📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user manuals, guides, and other educational materials,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools,Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials,Provide support to customers and other stakeholders as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and communication skills,Good understanding of technical concepts and processes,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with markdown or other documentation tools is a plus,Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
