📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents, maintaining employee files, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Coordinate and assist in the organization of employee training and development programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR manager, including preparing reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the clinic by representing the company at various events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
