📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to increase insurance product adoption through banking channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions and financial partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for product integration.
• Create and deliver presentations to banking partners to showcase the benefits of our insurance products.
• Monitor and report on the performance of bancassurance initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of bancassurance initiatives.
• Provide training and support to banking partners to facilitate the smooth adoption of our insurance products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, sales, or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of the banking sector and financial products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
