As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate assessment.,Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and issues, and organizing team-building activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and travel arrangements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
