Space Cloud Berjaya is looking for a Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Assist in the organization of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in the management of employee relations, including grievance handling and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
