📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables and restrooms.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Stay updated on menu items and specials to provide informed recommendations to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Balinese cuisine and international dishes is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
