In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage a team of 20-30 staff, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with our property management team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest experiences.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of service.
• Work with the property management team to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and enhance the hostel’s reputation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the hostel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hostel or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest interactions and team meetings.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of hostel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and guest services.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software such as Guestline, Frontdesk, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
