📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and develop the pharmacy team, providing leadership and support to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.,Represent the pharmacy at community events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
