Sun Home Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Parepare. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with other departments to ensure that IT systems and services meet the needs of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: Knowledge of operating systemsnetworkingand security.Soft skills: Excellent communicationproblem-solvingand customer service skills.Language skills: Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
