📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.,Conduct cash counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.,Promote store products and services to customers to drive sales.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance customer experience.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
