📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and complaints effectively.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of guest information, check-ins, and check-outs.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high service standards.,Monitor and manage front desk operations, including scheduling and staffing.,Handle security and access control for guests and staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus.
