📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet the clinic's standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and prepare daily menus in collaboration with the management team.,Handle inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the kitchen.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local food regulations and standards.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid food handler's certificate.
