📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to build trust and establish long-term partnerships.,Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products and services are well-positioned in the market.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our business development efforts.,Attend industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.,Provide regular updates to management on the status of business development efforts and any new opportunities.,Work with the sales team to develop and present proposals to potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.,Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and present proposals to potential clients.
