Apotek Oka Laundry is looking for a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.,Provide feedback and support to employees to ensure they are meeting their training goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Report on the progress and outcomes of training programs to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
