Direct Food Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Medan. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the outlet from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and that the outlet is profitable.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, with a focus on customer satisfaction.,Train and develop the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable and effective.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and work with the company to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the outlet is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work closely with the company's marketing and advertising teams to promote the outlet and drive sales.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience in inventory management and sales forecasting.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to the outlet.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.
