📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) or KITAS (Permanent Resident Card).
