PT Nusantara Unggul is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Lampung. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train the store staff to achieve high levels of customer service and sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the management team.,Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
