📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Develop user manuals, guides, and other educational materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Work with designers to ensure technical content is visually appealing and easy to understand,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
