As a Senior Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that our branch meets all its targets and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly.
  • Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the branch is a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
