📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Monitor and optimize system performance.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and standards is a plus.
