PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mine Plan Engineer to join our nickel mining project in Konawe Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the largest nickel mining projects in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing mine plans that optimize production, minimize costs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed mine plans and schedules.,Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for new mining projects.,Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with geologists, mining engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date mine plans.,Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.,Participate in project reviews and meetings with senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mine planning and scheduling.,Strong knowledge of mining software and tools, such as Datamine, MineSight, or similar.,Experience in open-pit or underground mining operations.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
