📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability.,Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to protect critical data.,Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of systems.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in Windows and Linux environments.,Proven experience with network administration and security.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and compliance requirements is a plus.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
