📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement store layouts, including planograms, to optimize product placement and maximize sales potential.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective retail strategies.,Train and mentor store associates on space planning principles and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising and space planning.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.,Participate in in-store audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, space planning, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with retail merchandising software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
