📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations using tools such as SAP or Oracle Inventory Management Systems.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to support our distribution centers.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and provide strategic recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and meet customer demand.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to inventory control staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing inventory control processes and systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
