📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Support the quantity surveying team in the preparation of progress claims and final accounts.
• Conduct site measurements and takeoff to ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of cost plans and schedules.
• Support the team in the preparation of variation orders and dispute resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic quantity surveying principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of construction estimating software (e.g., EstimateOne, Bluebeam, or similar).
