📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor daily IT service delivery for government projects.
• Ensure that all technical requirements are met and that the projects run smoothly.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure that all IT services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports on the status of IT service delivery to project managers and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure that the projects are using the most effective and efficient solutions.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure that all IT services are delivered to the highest standards.
• Provide training and support to project teams on the use of IT services and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, with a strong background in managing IT projects for government initiatives.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework and related tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or ITIL Expert are a plus.
