📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance activities at both sites in Tangerang, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to address maintenance issues and ensure smooth production processes.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure timely availability of critical components.
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules using SAP and other relevant software tools.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Certification in electrical and mechanical safety standards (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with SAP and other maintenance management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.
