📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of heavy mobile equipment including excavators, haul trucks, and loaders.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in top condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Optimize equipment performance to meet production targets and improve efficiency.

• Provide technical support and training to the equipment operators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance and operation.
• Certification in heavy mobile equipment maintenance (e.g., Cat Certified, Komatsu Certified).
• Proficiency in using heavy mobile equipment maintenance software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the mining industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
