📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain packing equipment, including Siemens Packaging Systems and Cognex Vision Systems, to ensure efficient and accurate packing.
- Monitor production lines to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and HACCP guidelines.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to prevent malfunctions.
- Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Perform quality checks on packed products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in training new staff on packing equipment and procedures.
- Participate in shift-based operations, including weekends and holidays, as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Familiarity with Siemens Packaging Systems and Cognex Vision Systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
