📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support
• Implement best practices and process improvements to streamline operations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality
• Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and achieve operational excellence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of financial services and back office operations
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus
