🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst or similar role in the healthcare or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
