📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our columbarium facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage the booking and scheduling process, coordinating with families and our team to ensure timely and respectful arrangements.
• Work closely with funeral directors and memorial specialists to ensure that each family's needs are met with the highest level of care.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and services are available for each arrangement.
• Maintain accurate records of all columbarium transactions and operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to families, offering support and guidance throughout the memorial planning process.
• Ensure that our columbarium facilities are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, creating a peaceful environment for families to remember their loved ones.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to improve our services and enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the funeral or memorial services industry.
• Proven experience in managing daily operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and respectful service to families.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with funeral regulations and compliance requirements in Bali.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
