📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting beauty training sessions for our beauty professionals,Developing and implementing training programs to improve skills and knowledge,Evaluating the performance of beauty professionals and providing feedback,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Promoting a positive and productive work environment,Assisting in the development of new beauty services and products,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Beauty, Cosmetology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer or in a related role,Strong knowledge of beauty techniques and products,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with beauty industry standards and regulations,Certification in beauty training or a related field is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
